Website design:
During 2020 we replatformed our website over to Salesforce meaning a complete refresh of the site. This included updating our typography, styling and page designs. I was responsible for creating homepage designs that felt immersive and broke the mould. Our Autumn campaign was the perfect shoot to do this for, opting for a full bleed layout which brings the product to life. This was such a great project to get my teeth into from a UX/UI perspective due to the sheer amount of pages we had to create from scratch, which helped me understand and overcome the complexities of a complete design refresh.
Search re design:
A UX project which asked me to make better usage of our search feature online. This mini takeover gives the customer an opportunity to search what she is looking for whilst simultaneously being shown products she make like. Inline with our design refresh this feature is very clean and simple. This design has been extremely effective and we have seem a dramatic increase in customer engagement.
Megamenu re deisgn:
Another navigational UX project required me to create a megamenu take over which would give the customer visuals to take them to each category. This completely transforms the website, giving us more opportunity to showcase product.
